Jyothi Rana of Pokiri fame has been hired by Krishna for a movie about idealistic youth cleansing the society of its sins.
“I did receive good response for my negative role in Pokiri but I am essaying a different role in this message-centric film,†reveals Jyothi, who is doing an item song with comedian Venu Madhav. Producer Shankar claimed that hero Murali is nephew of legendary Kannada actor Rajkumar and the maker is confident about scoring a hit.

Sagittarian Kothari was born in Kolkata, and grew up speaking English, Bengali, Rajasthani, and Hindi. She moved to New Delhi while in 10th standard and got her degree in Chemistry at Delhi University at Dayal Singh College. Her father is a chemical businessman, her mother a home-maker, and she has a married elder sister.Her cousins are Rahul and Gunjan Kothari.
After College, Kothari became a model and appeared in a few adverts. She moved into films with Jay Jay, a Tamil movie, as Amoha. She got her break through actor Madhavan, who recommended her for an audition after viewing her photographs. She made her Bollywood debut in the films and James and Sarkar (which came out first), both by Ram Gopal Varma. She then went on to do The Killer with Emraan Hashmi and the Bhatts. She has gone on to do some insignificant films and roles; the movie audience is yet to see her in something that could be deemed career defining.
Kothari is known mainly for her daring costumes and sexy item songs that have been popular to an extent.

Reese Witherspoon looked adorable as she travelled to Brazil to attend “Speak Out Against Domestic Violence” campaign as her role of Avon Global Ambassador.
She told reporters in Sao Paulo: ”There isn’t a woman in the world that doesn’t have a friend or a partner who’s actually experiencing some sort of violence against them, so I think although domestic violence hasn’t happened to me personally, I certainly know women who are dealing with this struggle every day. Domestic violence affects women who are famous, who are not famous, women who have money, women who have no money. This is an issue that crosses all boundaries and it certainly affects everyone.”
Payal made her Bollywood debut in Harry Baweja’s Yeh Kya Ho Raha Hai?, a Hindi remake of the Hollywood teen flick American Pie. However, she went unnoticed in the multi-starrer. She shot into the limelight by doing some small budget films, but she seemed to have a change of heart as she realised that these small budget films were not of her sensibility as these films released badly and were shot badly.
In 2006, she signed her first A grade Bollywood film, 36 China Town, as one of the lead characters. The movie starred already established stars like Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, and Paresh Rawal. Even amongst all these stars she got noticed.
Later in that year, she appeared in the critically acclaimed Corporate where, ironically, she played the part of an item girl.
In 2007, she had her first release with Priyadarshan’s film Dhol which was produced by Percept Picture Company. She played a positive second lead character, paired opposite Arbaaz Khan.
In 2008, she was seen in a cameo opposite Ranvir Shorey in PNC film Ugly Aur pagli which was released in August 2008. On September 12th she shall act in another role opposite Irfan khan in a TV18 film Dil kabaddi. She will be playing the role of an aerobics instructor and sports a very toned , lean look in the film.
Also she is one of 14 contestants to take part in reality show Bigg Boss 2.
